Our company is located in Slovenia, but the items you order will be produces and shipped from France.
Your products will be shipped in nice premium-looking cardboard sleeves and no plastic packaging.
As far as order processing is concerned, we start the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after order.
Then you have to count the shipping time:
- For France, shipping is 2-3 working days.
- In the European Union the announced delay is 3 to 10 working days
- In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days
The delivery is always tracked, we transmit the tracking automatically.
We always select the cheapest shipping method for each of your orders and always group your items together (if several different orders are addressed to the same recipient, they will be grouped together in one package).

Packages sent outside the European Union are, depending on the country of destination, subject to customs fees.
These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.
It is the end customer, i.e. your customer, who is required to pay these fees/taxes on import.
